Completely lined and featuring shirring on both the front and back. A cross tie strap detail decorates the neckline, while fully elasticated straps offer a bit of extra comfort, whether you're layering this over a blouse or wearing it alone. The hem is trimmed with a cotton eyelet lace and topped with a playful white bow at the front that matches the Katherine Bloomer Shorts.
