This dress's soft chiffon fabric and extra-stretchy back shirring make it a perfect fit. Layers of rainbow color blocked skirt ruffles topped with embroidered lace trim and backed with sturdy organza for extra poof.

Bodice has a large heart shaped applique made of bow print flocked tulle and framed by dainty polkadot ruffled lace. Satin bow is removable with a brooch pin back.

Sturdy side lapped zip closure, so no fighting with a finicky invisible zipper!
