This skirt is a perfect mix of softness, frills, and a touch of sparkle with its lace hem and mesh garter overlay adorned with glittery hearts. Featuring an easy zip-up back with hook-and-eye. 

Model with black and blonde hair is wearing a size with 2X, model with black hair is wearing size XS.

Please note that while mint fabric does have some stretch, the waistband does not stretch due to the mesh overlay. Fits true to size.

63% rayon, 32% nylon, 5% spandex.
